E-Salon has been my go-to for fantastic hair long before the Pandemic. It's been a game-changer, especially considering the exorbitant salon costs and frequent appointments I used to endure.
Their professional-grade products, accompanied by detailed instructions and support, have truly transformed my routine.
One impressive feature was the toning mask included in my highlights kit, which not only prevents brassy tones but also doubles as a post-highlight conditioner. Even my colorist was amazed when I mentioned it! The compliments I receive on my color are constant, and it always surprises people when I reveal that I do it myself.
The support from my e-Salon colorist has been exceptional; I can ask questions and receive detailed email responses, even with her direct phone number for more personal discussions.
Their proactive approach, like calling to confirm orders that might overlap or helping me adjust my auto-ship frequencies, has made the experience incredibly smooth. Plus, temporarily un-enrolling and re-starting is hassle-free since my information is securely stored in my account.
I can't sing enough praises for e-Salon - they've earned in me, a customer for life!

I used e salon before in lockdown and it was OK.
I couldn't afford to go to the salon to get it done.
I was really disappointed this time, the smell of Ammonia was unbearable and I have just been to my normal salon to get it cut, I am trying to grown it and have always had thick healthy hair.
My hairdresser asked what I had used on my hair since my last visit in November, she said my ends and layers had broken, because the colour. I am heartbroken , she gad to cut about 3 inches off the length.
I have to start growing again, I also cannot colour it on the ends, just my roots, which I will get it done professionally.
I am an ex hairdresser, so I know what to use on my hair, products etc, I am always worrying about the condition and use olaplex as a treatment and redken, and get a trim regularly. so I am really angry and upset

Sent Wrong Color
I ordered a Light red gold color and someone there decided to change the color to a medium brown with a hint of gold , without asking me .
They did send an email after they had already shipped it . I called them when I got the email and told them I did not want a dark brow color .
The colorist said she would resend it with the color I had ordered. I never received it . So I was stuck with what they actually sent . Against my better judgement , I used it .
Ugh !!!
My hair went from light redish gold to dark brown . I hate it !!! I have had red hair for almost 30 years and now I have to wait for it to grow out and fade out for several months to get it back to red .
My hair is very fine and fragile so over processing ( color removal or bleaching ) is NOT an option . So I am stuck with brown hair !
