I know i did not sign up for auto ship yet they billed by card even after I had cancelled my account. They send an email the day they are shipping so there is no way to cancel before it is shipped and then they charge your card.

I cancelled because the product did not change the color of my hair. I watch Elle Bangs on youtube and she recommended BAD recommendation. Stick with the salon or box color

Lastly, snotty customer service people also.

I try to be nice until they get they get rude then all bets off. Not worth the money

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $5.

Preferred solution: give customers lead time in case they want to cancel their order prior to shipping on auto ship.

eSalon Pros: Package shipment was good.

eSalon Cons: Cancel policy.
