To date the company has created 150,000+ unique formulations and has won the Allure Best of Beauty Award for Best Home Hair Color four years in a row. In addition to hair color, eSalon also offers a full range of hair care products designed to preserve your color and keep your hair vibrant.

Their Support Team is available to help Monday – Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, Pacific Time.

eSalon accepts Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express and ships to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and many European Union countries.

If you are not completely satisfied with your eSalon products, at your choice, they will either send you a new hair color formulation (or replacement hair care product) or issue a refund for your purchased items. The company will issue a refund only for unused products returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
